Power steering squealing

Having recently replaced the steering rack on my turbo it naturally steers 100% better than before. However the squealing has not gone away. It occurs both when it is stationary and on the move. Is it the pump at fault or do the belts just need tightening?

Tighten the PAS belt first and if it still does it then the alt belt. I say in that order because its easier to adjust the PAS belt first. :cool:
