Hi

Not sure how many are based in the South West, but I’d like to invite you to an event I’m involved with organising.

Classics at the mill is a classic car and motorcycle show held at the Haselbury mill, near Crewkerne, Somerset on Sunday 17th April.

This is a charity event with all proceeds going to the Motor Neurone Disease Association .

More details can be found at www.classicsatthemill.co.uk

Is there an age-related cut-off date for 'classics' and do you have to book in advance, or can you just turn up on the day?

If I'm free that day I would only be able to bring along my 2006 MG ZR, which is the last diesel-powered Trophy/SE variant to be registered. Alternatively, a friend of mine might want to bring along his 1990 Saab 900 T16S with me as his passenger.

We’re pretty easy going, no age limit so both are welcome, the MG is considered a modern classic, and the Saab, at over 20 years is practically a classic anyway!

To ensure your place you can book in advance, the form can be downloaded from here:

or try your luck and just turn up on the day.

Thanks for letting me know on this, much appreciated.

You might like to send a PM to MG Nut who is on this forum as he is a member of the MG 'M' Group South West Area and could mention it to their members, to see whether there is any additional interest.
