Does anyone know a supplier who hold the pipes that run to the heater
matrix for a maestro van. I've tried the local rover garage and these are NLA
I have tried a few scrappies but this is a common fault where the pipes get holed. I've bypassed the matrix at the moment to stop the indoor fountain :)
Any help appreciated.
PS Still made no progress on the brake situation yet, I'm picking her up from the garage that put the clutch in her today, they said it needed a new pressure plate as well. Why does these things all go wrong at the same time

Hi,

The pipes for a maestro and for a montego (as far as I could see) are all almost identical and usable. I had to change one for the van I drive. It came from a 1.3 Maestro.

I think that just the part with the pipes is called a flange and that there is one in the MMOC parts store - maybe Maria can confirm, but I know I was banging on about needing one a while back (I didn't need it in the end) and she said that there was one there. Interestingly, Rover said they could get me one for about £100 or an entire martix assembly for £270. I told them not to bother.

There's a complete heater matrix sitting here out of a 1.6 H reg if anyone wants to offer me some beer tokens for it.
