Hi, I am restoring a turbo. The trouble is the boot is rotten. There is a panel to the rear of the boot that's only present on the the plastic bumpered variety, mines rotten. Any ideas? Does anyone still have panels? New old stock etc?

There must be loads of these structural parts etc. still left in China. I don't know if there is a known contact for the manufacturer, or someone who knows how we would go about finding out whether such parts could be made available?
I have read that the Rover 75 and MG ZT OC is looking to have the rare Premium front bumper moulding, originally for the 75 V8 and Limousine models, shipped over from China, with the cost of shipping per single item not being that expensive.

As Etsong has been part of SAIC for some years now, maybe you could ask the 75 boys to enquire?

Thanks to all that replied, Rimmer brothers seems the way forward. That part number is perfect. They also supply the light moldings, and seeing as these are limited stock, they are in the bargain clearance section :).
Thankyou to Rob also, for your kind offer. At the price that Rimmer bros are offering, I am gonna go new. These parts are apparently genuine mg rover parts too!

I have been trying for the last 4 months trying to track down parts and a supplier. Seems in china they are willing to manufacture but very unwilling to export the parts.

I am very happy with Rimmers, part arrive without problem. Some complain at the cost of parts, but it depends on stock. first they sell at the last retail price, then when they want to clear stock, they offer very good prices. At least they are the nearest we have to a main dealer parts service.

Parts arrived today, delivery issues were not Rimmer bros fault, the courier driver was off with flu! Anyway, I am very happy with there prices, and the parts are just what the doctor ordered!
