does anyone know if the rover 220 half leather interior front and back fit in the maestro turbo with some mods

Yes they will. You need to remove the frames that they sit on and replace them with maestro ones. (A simple welding job). Not sure about the rears though.

The rear ones won't fit but your best bet is to find a Maestro LX rear seat with the rear armrest (no MG Maestro ever had one) and get that re-upholstered using the Silverstone fabric for the wearing surfaces and black vinyl as the fake leather on the sides and borders. As I have proved on my car, with only a little creative metalwork you can also add a pair or even 3 rear head rests from the Rover 220GSi/GTi/214SEi etc.

thanks 4 that looks well nice do u think i could strip down both seats and fit the rover seats 2 the maestro frame just an idea :idea: :idea:

It is for the Monty so only the front seats would be any good. He wanted £120 no offers for the lot. They are half leather and ready to fit.

You'd have to extract the cloth from a rear seat, then get it professionally sewn in with the new half leather (or vinyl, what the heck) side bits. You'll need some black rear seat headrest plastic ferrules for the head restraints as well. You make brackets to go on the rear seat backrest - I can show you how.
