I am experiencing problems selecting 4th gear on my MG Maestro 1600. I think that there is a problem with the gear linkage, I have inspected the linkage and I found that rubber(?) O washer is missing (see attached pictures), I think this is allowing the linkage to move making the selection of 4th gear a problem. The other gears are fine. I was wondering if any one knows where I can get a replacement from or any way I can make one up
