My rear washer motor will not work!!!
Both circuits are ok, fuses ok.
Motors ok.
Here's the punch line. There is an independant motor that drives the front washer, but the rear, as that was disconnected.

I can get power through to the front but not rear. I have re connected both motors as per my other Maestro. Nothing at all.

Is there two wires on the switch on the dash for thw washer motor?. The rear wipe switch is ok.

Cheers

Try swapping the connectors over so the rear pump is connected to the supply for the front washers. If it works then he problem is the switch if it doesnt the rear pump is duff

Just managed to figure it out :confused::confused:
I checked the motor in my other maestro and it worked, so after not finding the problem I just ran a new wire from the motor and it worked ok???

Must be a gremlin in the works as it is now solved.

That was one of the problems. So I decided to do a complete job on the water works. All the pipes were changes and the eyes were cleared using a straightened paper clip. There was a fair amount of gunge in there. Even the washer bottle was given a good scrubbing out.
Now everything works well. All in all it took about one and a half hours from start to finish.
