Well anyone advise the removal of the white plastic washer from above the sproket?....
other diesel tuning forums recommend this but this wasnt for a prima!

ive driven it without the white washer! but is i is going to blow HG?

smoke screw in as far as locknut can grab hold and sproket screw only done 360 degrees, max power screw done conservatively....
pump diaphragm done at 4.30.....must plump in the boost gauge and i might answer my own question if its too high!
what will the perky do max boost without a suitable intercooler
and with a suitable intercooler??

Must say she doesnt ~smoke~ like a wood burner and so far iam suitably impressed with the perked up prima!

i think iam going to tweek the settings back slightly iam putting in a many £5 of diesel in far too often for my modest means :giveup:

White washer might go back in.....ratchet wheel back 1/4 turn - smoke screw back out 2 turns and maybe the bleed valve back 1/8 turn :confused:

funny enough with all the above she doesnt smoke:eek:

the viper induction ive robbed off my grounded GTE is now suitably pointing downwards away from the hot radiator air ingress....robbed a GTE bendable rubber tube to assist in operations!!

The perished tyre side walls are holding up surprisingly well with a good splatter of tyre care shine must help plug the pores....when i can reduce my overheads some more i will get some part worns.....
