Change my Sunroof

I want to change over my sunroof, but my donor sunroof (The blue Clubman)
is a different shape!!!!
Does anyone know the best way to do this?

Do I need to weld and recut? or can I just cut the extra out?

Do I use the glass as a template? Or shall I just take it to a garage to have it done?

This won't be done til spring or summer.

The red car has an after market sunroof. Could have been fitted by the selling dealer or later in life.

They will oviously not be an easy swap. You could get the whole roofs swapped as the inner section of roof is only spot welded. Best left to the pros.
