They're very rare to be seen, and if you feel you're up for the challenge. Good luck to you!

Can't you just sniff a troll a mile away? And it's not even the school holidays.

I have suspended Cojones' account for obvious reasons so he(it) shouldn't trouble us any more. People that join a forum with the sole purpose of stirring up trouble usually enjoy logging back in to watch the flame war they've started so it's best not to give them what they want.

Of course you should take on that A40, wonderful cars and plenty of character. Make sure you know the extent of the work needed - might need a good respray to bring back its former glory?

Sorry to go off subject here, but I saw all that Cojones did after I came back from the Pub last night, and was wandering if I was missing something. It's definately not a full moon as far as I'm aware:rolleyes:
I reckon that this character had a lot more to drink than I did! But whatever Cojones was on, he should have taken more water with it!;)

I've de-trollified most of the threads in here now - you may carry on in peace :)

I'd suggest in future if someone comes on to cause trouble that you press the warn button to alert the moderators rather than trying to take them on yourselves as that only provokes them into posting more drivel. Ignore them and eventually they'll get the hint that no-one's in the slightest bit interest or impressed and disappear back into whatever hole they came from - usually with a little help from one of our boots up their backside.

My Dad passed his test in an A40. Similar to the Minor but a little more updated. The image is of an A40 Mk 1 (always 948cc) in "Farina Blue" (very popular shade). The best one to get is a MK2 (uprated to 1098cc, all hydraulic brakes and 4 inches extra wheelbase)) "Countryman" with the fold down rear hatch arrangement - this car was one of the first hatchbacks!

I'd go for it if I were you!:D
