Yes. They appear on eBay from time to time though. You were offered one recently though weren't you?
Failing that, why not give Ridgard a call - they still exist. The Challenge seats were similar to the RS9:

Wonder if they still have any of the fabric left? :)

Al & I acquired a pair of new ones a couple of years ago - ISTR a forum member had Ridgard make them for him (and then never used them), IIRC they used up the last of the old stock fabric.
And before you ask, no they are not for sale, 1 is in the Monty racer and t'other is in #498

They don't have any of the fabric left but it is the RS9 seat that was used so a bit of historical detailing can be had, at a price mind you! But what do you expect when a seat is virtually handmade in England. It isn't going to be a cheap seat.

well, how wrong you are!
slowboy persevered and is now the proud owner of a pair of Ridgard seats; his equipe is a more than worthy place for them to be, they complete what is one of the best examples of cool retro around...

here are a couple of pics of the rocking horse s**t hens teeth that i fitted at weekend, the brackets were difficult as i wanted to use the original runners, but after a lot of messing about with templates before sending my final drawing for cutting and folding, they fitted a treat, really comfy seats and look brilliant in the car, thanks to al and david for their help and encouragement:):)
