I was under the impression that Leda adjustable platform struts were nearer a grand for all corners. Call Leda !

I think Ledas are just over a grand now including VAT direct from manufacturer. The pricelist is available on Ledas site.

HI folks,

Leda want about a grand for coilovers. SPax about £700. Now i read that golf mk2 coilovers fit maestros with a little peice of metal shaved off the hub carrier bracket. I have seen a coilver kit for golf mk2 £405. I`m going to give a closer look soon as i want coilovers but i`m not paying £700...

I doubt they would fit as I beleive that the 91-98 Toledo has a very diffrent chassis to the later Seats that share the VW floor (I worked for VW between 96 and 99).

I had a look on ebay at the seat kit, it gives a link to the sellers website where they sell the kit at £399 and also list a diffrent kit for golfs.

However at currently £1 and a buy it now option of £130 and a retail price of £399 there is some scope for a bit of wheeler dealing or if you are feeling flush - buying them just to see if they do fit.

Avo do kits for most cars at around 600. You could always buy the coil kit to convert your original struts.
