hi I have a 1994 maestro 500 diesel van and a set of alloys of a early rover 800 that i would like to fit. my problem is what wheel nuts do i need to use as the steel ones are very thin walled.
thankyou peter.

Ahh now there you have an interesting problem! The thread on the van is bigger than the 800 I believe. You need the thread size to suit and a 60 degree cone on the nut to spread the load. If you look in the locking wheelnut catalogue you'll probably find something suitable in terms of a car that you can steal them from!

Check the wheel clearances first though as they are very tight if using the larger 800 wheels. There are some pics of me test fitting some to my van somewhere on here.
