WARNING TO
ADVERTISERS
Fraudsters are targeting clients of cars-for-sale websites,
including this one, by offering to buy advertised cars and then
suggesting complex payment arrangements.
- The fraudsters will often
suggest that you contact a shipping company to make payment.
- They will sometimes offer to
send you a cheque for more than the price of the car and ask you
to pay for shipping on their behalf.
- Beware of any offer to buy that
involves some unorthodox method of payment.
